Further to the ITF E-Circular No. 193 sent on 26 September 2018, ITF Secretariat have made an amendment to the Special Agreement templates for the TCC CBA, the Standard CBA and Offshore Standard CBA.  The amendment made to the template is to reflect the legal requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The amendment relates to the following;

1.       Article. 2 (n) to be moved to Article 3 (b): undertaking to safeguard and protect seafarers data.
